Soft, spiced, and perfectly balanced, our Carrot Cake Squares are made with freshly grated carrot for a naturally sweet flavour and are gently blended with cinnamon, nutmeg, juicy sultanas, coconut, and a hint of lemon. Finished with a cream cheese frosting, a dusting of sugar, crunchy walnuts, and delicate rose petals, these squares taste every bit as good as they look!
