If you need to report an issue with a product, please provide the product type and best-before date. Any item that does not conform to specification must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for a refund. If a concern arises beyond this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis. Photographic evidence of non-conformity will be required for review.

Natasha’s Law does not apply to our wholesale supply of cakes to businesses. However, we ensure that full ingredient and allergen information is clearly provided on the labels of all cakes we supply. It is the responsibility of our customers to understand and comply with their legal obligations when selling slices or portions to consumers. This includes determining whether portions are pre-packed on their premises before selection or purchase, which may bring them under the scope of Natasha’s Law.
Customers must also ensure they provide the required ingredient and allergen information for non-packaged slices or portions in accordance with legal requirements. While we are committed to complying with all relevant legislation regarding ingredient and allergen labelling, we accept no responsibility or liability for a customer’s failure to meet their legal obligations.
