Processing Orders
Debit and credit cards are debited prior to an order being shipped or before services are activated by Wholesale Cakes.
The cut-off time for all orders is 11am for next day delivery when placed Monday – Friday.
Amending of Orders
As our packing process is tightly scheduled and we have multiple daily collections with APC, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Illegal Acts
Using a false name or an invalid credit card to place an order is a criminal offence. Any individual found deliberately submitting fraudulent or fictitious orders will be reported to law enforcement, and their orders will not be processed. We monitor and track the digital fingerprints of all transactions on this website, allowing us and relevant crime prevention authorities to identify and take action against those engaging in unlawful activity.
Offers, Discounts & Promotions
Wholesale Cakes reserves the right to withdraw any offers or promotions at any time and when it is determined that they are being misused or taken advantage of in a way that goes against their intended purpose. Only one coupon code can be used with each order. The minimum order value is £100 inclusive of any discounts applied.
Rewards, Points & Loyalty Scheme
You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases from Wholesale Cakes. Points are automatically added to your account once your order is completed. Points can be redeemed for discount vouchers to use on future orders.

Errors, Returns & Non-conforming Products
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns. If you need to report an issue with a product, please provide the product type and best-before date. Any item that does not conform to specification must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for a refund. If a concern arises beyond this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis. Photographic evidence of non-conformity will be required for review.

Wholesale Cakes reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any update to terms & conditions will be detailed on this page and will be considered active as of the time of posting.
Natasha’s Law
Natasha’s Law does not apply to our wholesale supply of cakes to businesses. However, we ensure that full ingredient and allergen information is clearly provided on the labels of all cakes we supply. It is the responsibility of our customers to understand and comply with their legal obligations when selling slices or portions to consumers. This includes determining whether portions are pre-packed on their premises before selection or purchase, which may bring them under the scope of Natasha’s Law.
Customers must also ensure they provide the required ingredient and allergen information for non-packaged slices or portions in accordance with legal requirements. While we are committed to complying with all relevant legislation regarding ingredient and allergen labelling, we accept no responsibility or liability for a customer’s failure to meet their legal obligations.
